Any additional comments on what you learned from the observation class?

I feel like the conversation with the teacher at the start of class is a very nice idea - it helps you build a relationship with the students and links in to well being and mindfulness. I will also create a good personality and trust in the class - the students won't be so scared to talk or hold a discussion around each other as they would be a strong class that is used to talking with each other
