Feedback:
This placement was a group placement which involved team teaching and team planning. This placement was a huge learning curve and proved to develop collaborative skills, delegation skills and organisation. We worked very well as a group and the learning experience working with the adult service users in Stewarts care proved invaluable. This placement has also taught me how important it is to be flexible in your planning, as many things had to be changed and adapted differently last minute . Personally, it enhanced my knowledge around differentiation which I was then able to apply to a mainstream classroom setting
